Ordered boots from them on 11/22. Today's 12/11. Have not received the order yet. After reading complaints pretty sure i won't. Very upsetting. They did charge my cc after a week and actually my cc called me to cofirm if i know them and if i allow the charge. I DID CONFIRM! ughhhh.
