iOffer is a scam run by street gangs delinquents that take no responsibility for the quality or honesty of their sellers. I purchase a pair of boots from their site at the cost of $218. after a few days of not getting any information from the seller i contacted Pay pay for a refund. I was told that as long as i have a tracking number they wouldn't give a refund.
