I paid $60 on 1-5-09 to Correctional Billing Services by my Bank Debit Card to provide telephone service from my son . After failing to accept the collect calls over and over again, I called them and they advised me that they do not service the facility in question. I requested a refund back to my debit card on 1-28-09. Every time I call I get a different person either in the Carribean or Mexico city.
