Given a option to give a survey information to get a chance to win a $1, 000 gift card, the program insists I give them information to sign up for $9.95 onto something in order to get that card. I am not really given a "chance" to win but an obligation to sig up to be billed to recieve a card. This is fraud in my opinion because I was told I was entering a survey for a chance to win something not that I had to buy something in order to recieve anything. That's bait and switch.
