I'm writing this complaint in response to poor service two out of the three times I stopped at a Dunkin Donuts in two days. First one was on western avenue in Albany, NY. It was the second time I had stopped there to go through the drive thru. The first time I waited five minutes and the line did not move once. I decided to run my errands and come back later. When I did the line moved quickly but up at the window I had gotten a hot cocoa instead of a pumpkin spice coffee and my toaste bagel with cream cheese was cold.
