I cancelled my verizon online account over 2 years ago and still have an autopayment withdrawn from my account every month for $50. Cannot reach anyone by phone and have received no response from their customer center to my email demanding a balance be given. No balance s ever given to me so there is never an amount due shown, or any record at all except for the amount withdrawn from my account. This is theft and they have done absolutely nothing to correct the situation. Now I have to change my bank account information and may never recover the $1200 paid to date??? I will never enroll in automatic bill payments online ever again. read full review »
