ordered on the 11th of november, billed on the 12th by the 21st I had no information, called and was told they were overwhelmed, called again on the 28th got the same answer, started checking and did not like what I found the address is not the big building shown on the website, it is a home, don't let the sales person fool you into thinking there is a large staff.. on the 3nd of dec I called to cancel my order, and was told I would get a refund, on the fourth I was told it was no processed yet, after the weekend and still no luck I... read full review »
