A couple of mo. ago I was offered a trial 2 mo. membership which I took on. Everything went ok (everyone is so quick to take your signiture and the R100 for the tag with is refundable). My surname and e-mail add. was spelt incorrect, so I filled out a change of informaion form. I did this as I was wanting to join so I though I would fix it now. It has never been done and I was given every excuse under the sun. It took 4 trips to get a tag - again excuses.
