Went for lunch with a few colleagues and clients at Lotus Garden Chinese Restaurant about two weeks ago. I had a running in with them before and thought they would have rectified the bad attitude and service problem I encountered the first time. The service was average but the food was rather lousy for the amount we paid. As a gesture of goodwill I called the restaurant manager later that day and told her that we weren't satisfied with the food and suggested that she do something about it.
