I was referred through the Shop Mania website after selecting the best deal on a Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 to the Phetla IT Solutions website. I concluded my purchase on their website and selected to pay by EFT. I received an email confirming my purchase. The Shop Mania website indicated my order would be delivered in about 6 days. 10 days later I started to panic and then tried about a hundred time to contact Phetla.
