Good morning, I really need your help with an unpleasant experience that I had at my dealership on Saturday. As a first time owner of a new Lexus, purchased from Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett and a loyal customer since then, I became very disappointed in the service that I received from my service department last Saturday.
