I made an appointment with A & E throught the Home Depot extended warranty dept. for service between noon and 5: 00 pm on September 28. The appointment was scheduled on Sept 13. I took 1/2 day vacation from work to attend the appointment. At 2:00 pm on the 28th, the A & E office called and said that no technician was available. Therefore, I lost vacation time. I told Home Depot that i refused to use them again and they are trying to find another vendor. Interestingly, Home Depot advised that A & E informed them that I cancelled the appointment. read full review »
