The track ball on my blackberry was not working right, but it was something I kept dealing with. sometimes it was ok sometimes it acted up. Finally one day I was sick of dealing with it and went to a local VZ wireless store in Dartmouth MA. The manager told me I was over the 1 yr manufactured date. It was 9 days over. They would NOT budge, they would do nothing to help us, without it costing ME money. I have the xtra insurance on the phone.
