I fell for this "free sample" scam too. I ordered it on 8/7, received it on 8/21, but my visa was charged on 8/18. How can the 10 day trial begin before the product has been received?! I actually called them on 8/16 when I hadn't received it and spoke to a supervisor, Alex Mendoza, who said she would reset the 10 day trial.
