I received an unsolicited phone call from a woman "Dayan Vella" offering to sell my timeshare. No money was required upfront and there many phone calls and emails with responses before and after the contract. "Brian Fisher" was the main contact and in charge of the "sales process". The cover story is that 'the rules in Mexico have changed regarding large companies and their ability to reserve rooms at resorts.
