I purchased an IBM hard drive from them 10 months ago. The product was shipped promptly, and I was happy with it. Recently, numerous errors have popped up, and I find out that the drive is defective (using IBM's software). I call them multiple times, but I haven't recieved a response yet, and I don't get an answering machine. Also, there website is down...which isn't a particularly good sign. read full review »
