I have been a loyal pharmacy technician to CVS for almost 2 years now. I have proof that CVS is giving new hired $10/hr. However, I am still making significantly less than this, having a college degree, a perfect evaluation, and a state tech license. I have talked to the pharmacy manager, who has been very evasive and has told me that he talked to the store manager.
