I recently (Sept. 23, 2010) paid Chase Auto Finance $18, 000 to close my loan with them in order to resell my vehicle. Since that time, I have got nothing but runaround from Chase Customer Service in regards to obtaining my title. Several phone calls have been met with "We have a research team working on it" but no title as of October 5, 2010. I was even told on the 29th of Sept. that my title had been sent to me via Fed-Ex but found that to be a lie.
