I ordered several products from this company via the web on December 1st, 2006. They sent me an Order Confirmation on December 6th, stating that my order should be received within 10-14 days. Several of the items were to be Christmas Gifts. When December 20th rolled around, I e-mailed them indicating the order had not yet been received. On *January 2nd*, I received a reply asking me if I had received my order yet.
