After I received my vehicle back from being serviced by Ferndale Motors, I noticed a crack in the windscreen. I approached the company about it and their response was that it must have been there when the vehicle was booked in. Well, the crack was not there and I am sure that it happened during the service process. I took the vehicle to PG Autoglass for an assessment report which confirmed that the damage was fresh and it must have happened that same day.
