We purchased 2 pasta makers, on first use of the machines it broke. Machines was returned to the supplier by New World. Had to phone again to hear if we can come and collect our money.Rikus Stander phoned someone to find out what our credit amount is; every thing was a joke to our account.Were told to pick out products for a specific value. Some of the products that we chose as refund were incomplete, on requesting Rikus Stander to assist us, he had such an attitude telling us he had nothing to do with us.
