My company purchased a PABX system from Bitco 2 years ago. A year ago out of the blue they sent us monthly invoices from a company called VoiceOne who we have never contracted with or approved any implementation of VoiceOne products. The monthly invoices amounted to up to R2000 a month from VoiceOne which was not explained to us or asked if we needed the VoiceOne product.
