Someone crashed into my car. Regent Regent Insurance Company spent weeks investigating the incident. They had four different people call me and ask for information that I had already provided on day one. Then the third party investigators verified my info. Regent then SAID THEY WOULD PAY OUT MY CLAIM and TOOK the car. A few days later they BROUGHT IT BACK and SAID THEY WOULD NOT PAY. They mislead me. They destroyed my tires with all the towing back and forth and they STOLE my spare wheel. I now have buy 4 new tires and my stolen spare wheel. read full review »
