I got an account from the dentist i visited who said i had not yet paid. i spoke to Medihelp and they advised me they were still in the process of paying the account. Everymonth i got the same account to say i had not paid. By the 3rd month i was furious. Phoned medihelp again and they asked me to fax the account through to their accounts, which i did. Then the fourth month i got the account again. By this time i was furious and phoned again. They said they couldn't find the fax and that i must send it again which i did.
