On the 291009, I called Hillstar to make a simple query about doing a practical for motorbike license. I wanted to know if they do it there. Firstly they did not answer their phones the first 3 attempts I made at calling. The 4th attempt I heard someone pick up and put down again. That is the height of laziness. eventually I got through to some who could not answer me. How do you work at traffic department and not know if that department does bike practicals.
