We had a complete home redo, The contractor walked out after getting all of the money. He left our kitchen completely in a mess, we had purchased a GE profile microwave oven which we had not been able to use. We finally had the work completed and started using the Profile microwave, in less than 6 months and about 4 uses the profile oven stopped heating. I called GE and found out that the part had a five year warrenty, so I set up an appointment with GE only to find out that I must pay $176.71 to get it fixed.
