At the end of September, I accepted VIP's quote to move my ENTIRE HOUSEHOLD from Cape Town to JHB. I was told that I had to pay in full before they would remove my stuff - which I did. I was also informed that it would take 3 days to get my stuff to JHB, it has now been a month and I still have not received my goods. The excuses have been amazing, from the truck broke down, it has been re-routed, it will arrive tomorrow at 11:00 to oops the guys have been working to slowly so no perhaps later this week!!
