Symantec anti virus software is a big scam, you just can`t get rid of him, and if you do delete the software you will have a big problems with your PC. I think that the software is full of errors on purpose and equipped with virus, so if you do try to uninstall it, it trigger errors on your PC. I had to to complete format my NEW disc - with no other software's on my PC yet ( except windows ) except symantec anti virus software (it came with the PC).
