Traded our truck in over a month ago and Clay Cooley has yet to send the payoff to GMAC/Ally. We have been so disappointed with the service we have received we actually have already traded in the truck we bought from Clay Cooley. Funny thing is the one we bought from Clay was financed through Wells Fargo and our first payment wasn't going to be due until 10-25-10 and Wells Fargo called us and the dealership we went to to get rid of the one we bought from Clay bothering us and them for when the pay off amount would be received!
