I did a media buy with Zedo, Inc and the terms of the media buy had a 24 hour out clause attached to it. In the industry it is a given that if/when an outclause is exercised the buy is canceled after the prescribed time period is over and the remaining funds are distributed back to the individual. I have done this time and time again and every company I've ever done business with has refunded the monies in a timely manner.
