My husband was at our place of Biss. on 10/04/2010. Our Credit Card machaine wasn't working . He called and they walked him threw everything possible to try and correct the problem. It worked for a little while and quit again. He said he was transferred so many times. He got upset. Today 10/05/2010 I had a lady open up for me. And the machine wasn't working I haven't had a service rep. in almost 2 yrs. I was on the phone from home since 11:30 am. And now it is 1:50 pm.
