I had two auctions over, 1 on 12-22-00 and the other was over on 12-23-00. I started calling them about three weeks later asking the status of my shipments. They could tell me nothing. I called about every week, and it was always the same answer. They didn't know anything and would send my request to another department and I would receive an e-mail. I never received one e-mail. I called tonight (4-7-01) and now they tell me that they have cancelled both of my auctions and I will not get the items. Even though I have bought items in the past, I don't think I will ever go back to them in the future. This is not a way to do business. read full review »
