I am currently an employee and all I can say is run!!! I work in customer service and when you call you speak to me. I try my best to assist the customers. It's very hard when you're working for a company that's very unethical. No one returns the customers call, we get a lot of unauthorized service complaints and people have their credit card info on file, scheduling issues, techs claiming they treated the lawn when they didn't, customers entire lawns are dead and they have chemical burns.
