I had called Festiva on several occaisions to settle a bill pertaining to an asessment that they instituted one year after they purchased the Atrium Resort Sint Maarten N.A..and just settled recently ( they were the on sight sales agents for five years prior to the purchase). We had never received an official bill for this particular unit and so I needed the documentation to pay said bill prior to their self instituted deadline. after fumbling around with several stories.
