Upon moving to Oklahoma, where there is no longer a SINGLE Wachovia or Wells Fargo [in the entire state], I had to switch my banking accounts over to a new big bank. Upon calling Wachovia, I sat on the phone with a representative while trying to close down my bank account and have ALL FUNDS mailed to me. Not only did it take over 45 minutes to connect with someone who would/could actually help me, but I was told it would take 2 to 10 business days to get the check to me.
