I received a letter in the mail in September that my HELOC will increase from $400 per mo. to $1100 per mo in Octomber .I hit the ceiling. I called to ask them what was going on. I was told that the interest portion of the heloc had expired and now it time to pay the principal side. Well of course I had a problem with this immediately. I lost my job and now all of a sudden I am suppose to start paying $700 more per mo on this line.
