Vueling has really bad service and refund policy. As a regelar flyer between Barcelona and Amsterdam Im forced to use a lot of Vueling flights. I know they hardly fly on time so that isn't even a surprise anymore. During the Icelandic ash clouds they couldn't perform 4 flights that I was suposed to take. Not their mistake but, not giving me my money back or giving me alternative flights is! I phoned send emails etc. etc. went to the Vueling desk in Amsterdam and in Barcelona with one result, nothing!
