I will never buy from the Room Store again. Purchased a desk from the Waldorf Store and had to wait for delivery to the warehouse four weeks. Picked the desk up at the Jessup Warehouse and it was damaged. Got the box home to see that the side had been damaged and taped up and there were footprints across the top of the box. Inside the desk itself was damaged. Called the Roomstore who sent somone out to investigate. Was told that a new top would be delivered to replace the damaged one in about 4 - 6 weeks.
