I have been calling since 8/30/10 to have shipment and payments stopped! They not only did not stop payment, they shipped the product again and billed me AGAIN!!! I have called and spoken to supervisors who "apologize" but are unable to help me...this company needs to be stopped and taken to court for their thievary!! I now have to cancel that card because there is no trust that this company will do what they say!!! read full review »
