On 8/20/08 I canceled my AT&T long distance service and to this day I'm getting billed for it!!! Since Aug, 2008 I contacted AT&T and every time they assured me that it won't show up on my next bill, but they keep billing me. I'm holding a bill that I got today, 2/5/2009 asking me pay for the long distance & DSL service. I canceled my DSL service on 1/9/09 and they are charging me for that now!!! I dont' know what to do.
