I am in the process of relocating due to work and as there is no Planet Fitness anywhere near the area i have to move too i called in to ask about cancelling my contract. I first speak to this obnoxious lady on the phone that didn't even want to hear anything and just kept saying, 'you can't cancel your contract, you have to sell it' over and over again.
