I received good service up to the return of my DVD writer. My repair request was entered a full month before I received it back. I had to go to the store to ask them what was happening and received it there and then. Why had they not given me a call sooner nobody knows. The assistant at the desk told me he would escalate the matter and they would get back to me. It is now three business days later and I have not heard anything from them. I do not take kindly to such bad communication. read full review »
