I recently was in Swifts Mentorship Program. I was the worst experience of my life. I was yelled at several time by my Mentor because I didn't know what I was supposed to do. I was in fear of my life because he wasn't getting enough sleep. I was expected to do team driving before I knew what to do. You can't be taught anything if your teacher is asleep.
