I would never purchase anything from sony ever again. I ordered a sony walkman for a birthday gift in July it was damaged, sent it back with the return label sony sent, they said they never recieved it, I have proof they signed and recieved the damaged walkman. here it is October and still no product that I paid for their reason is because they are investigating the situation. How long does this take. I keep getting the run around, call this person that person Ipaid for a product and have not got anything you want to know what they sent me a gift card that they say was a mistake by their part but I can still keep and use the gift card. read full review »
