I ordered what I thought was a "Free Trial" of a tooth whitening product. I submitted my credit card to cover the shipping costs, and I have been charged $88.97 for product I never intended to order. I attempted to request a refund of my money via an email that I received NO RESPONSE from. I then attempted to handle it through my bank without success. I have now been told by Luminous Bright that I am "Out of Luck". This is a horribly irresponsible and unethical company. read full review »
