This company does not work with any issue I bring up to them. They consistently have added fees and charge unnecessary fees for everything! They have a 15 dollar check processing fee. A 7.50 online payment fee and other ridiculous fees. I just finished a foreclosure proceeding and even though I did NOT get a Modification they still charged me late fees on top of that. illegally they have not worked with our state in giving the homeowner's relief in any way and it still seems that they are allowed to get away with it.
