TCF bank, prior to new laws being passed in regards to bank practices, changed the account agreements of members, including me. The new agreement forces customers to pay the account fee if the balance is less than 500.00 dollars, even though I have opened my account long ago and it was TOTALLY FREE CHECKING, without such fees. It is clear, that the bank is engaged in such practices to victimized those who got stuck with TCF bank and are unable to open the account elsewhere.
