I have had problems with Maytag and getting a preferred service provider to come out to service a Microwave I purchased in Feburary 2010. It quit working in Sept 2010, I got an appointment lined up with Town and Country appliances, Billings Montana - what a joke. Because they tried to call once on my cellphone and I didn't answer, they didn't show up. I had someone at my house waiting for the repairman to arrive.
