I recieved a bill from Xcel for a little over $800. So i assumed it was a mistake and called them to get it resolved. They infomed me that they read the meters in April and from April til August all of my bills had been averaged off of the years prior. Well this home had been vacant for 2 years before making the bills nothing since all utilities were off the entire time.
