I am a Clear subscriber in Texas. For about the last month, between 7:30 - 8:00 pm and 12 midnight my internet connection has slowed. I did a speed test at Speedtest.com and I was getting .o4mbps. I have Netflix and a Roku player. I bought both so that I didn't have to get satallite or cable. Without steaming I was getting 5MBps, with streaming .04mbps.
